Immediate Release – King of Prussia, PA – November 20, 2017 – RSVP Executive Director, Michele Moll was named a Winner of two Silver Stevie® Awards in the Female Executive of the Year and Most Innovative Woman of the Year categories in the 14th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees and the organizations they run – worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.
More than 1,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories, including Entrepreneur of the Year, Executive of the Year, Company of the year, among others.
Under the leadership of Michele Moll, RSVP has experienced dynamic program growth and expansion beyond Montgomery County to positively impact vulnerable populations in Delaware and Chester counties as well as to educationally disadvantaged youth and veterans in Philadelphia. Program expansion required additional staffing, as well as reassigning staff to manage program impact.
Moll oversees eleven unique outcome-oriented programs that enable volunteers to target underserved populations by tutoring struggling students in classrooms or virtually, driving home-bound seniors to medical appointments, counseling juvenile offenders, presenting STEM career choices to students, counseling Medicare recipients, helping adults improve their literacy skills, mentoring at-risk youth, providing capacity
