The Exton Region Chamber of Commerce philosophy is to be “volunteer led, staff facilitated.” Because of this we are able to provide more benefits than chambers of a similar size.
Meet the Staff
Don Anders, President
Don Anders enjoyed a 40-year career as a successful business executive with a well-known and respected Philadelphia-based corporation, followed by a business ownership where he coached and mentored small and mid-size Chester County entrepreneurs. It was at the time of his business ownership that he became a member of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce, later installed as a board member and then interim president, and then retirement in 2007. He returned from retirement to become president in August 2010. He has been a resident of Chester County for 35 years and has served on numerous non-profit boards.

Sara Roten, Operations Manager
Sara Roten was hired in October 2007 as the Administrative Assistant, but her talents and abilities were soon revealed and she was quickly promoted to the Operations Manager. Sara is well-known throughout the Chamber for her positive attitude, exceptional customer service and her ability to get things done quickly and accurately. Sara's responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, event planning, database management and chamber communications. She is also the Chamber liasion to the Ambassador Council. Sara recently graduated from Strayer University where she earned her B.S. degree in accounting.
